Every day for 10 days I will following this very intentionally designed detoxification program
Morning:
Multivitamin for general health and to fill in dietary gaps
NAC which is a precursor to gluthianone, the "master antioxidant" helps body flush heavy metals
Broken Cell Wall Chlorella to bind to heavy metals and remove them from the body
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon juice for cleansing and immune support
Milk Thistle to cleanse and regenerate liver cells
Green Tea because it is a well known antioxidant and helps mobilize fat cells
Krill oil because omega 3s are very anti-inflammatory
activated charcoal and bentonite clay bind to toxins so they cant be reabsorbed into the body
Probiotics to enhance microbiome
Liposomal vitamin C to assist in detox and immune function. Liposomal form in the most bioavailable
Ashwagandha to help the body deal with stress
Throughout my day I will consume:
Raw garlic
organic herbal teasDigestive enzymes and HCL supplements with meals as needed to improve metabolic function
Probiotic drinks and foods
Water, water and more water
Bone Broth for minerals and healing /protecting the intestinal lining
Grass fed beef liver to flood the body with nutrients
Organic Paleo food with an emphasis on raw vegetables.
Evening:
Cleansing supplements, I like this Garden Of Life cleanse program it seems to cover my needs and it is gentle enough not to be too disruptive/
Cod Liver Oil for general health and immune function
Another round of Vitamin C, chlorella, charcoal, ashwagandha, probiotics, and clay.
This sounds like a LOT to do every single day, I am very well aware of that but each item serves a specific purpose and has been very well researched before I chose to add it to this program, plus remember this is only for 10 days. After which I will taper off and back to my usual daily vitamin, cod liver oil, and single dose chlorella
Coffee Enemas:These have an incredible healing power they are used to cure cancer! The also help the body produce gluthianone. I intend to use them to open the ducts from the liver to the colon to help my body flush toxins directly down the drain, so to speak, instead of letting them float around my system. I plan to do them at least three times during the 10 days, and then once weekly in april to keep eliminating anything floating through my system still.
Exercise:Will mostly consist of yoga and brisk walking. The goal is not to shock or exhaust the body but to keep the lymphatic system moving

Sweeteners of any kind (stevia, sugar, honey, maple, agave, ect)

Lets start with why...
Why do I need to detox? Besides the obvious environmental pollutants we are all exposed to daily I have a lifetime of garbage in my system. I grew up eating the standard crappy American diet of pasta, bread, pizza, fried food, peanut butter and fluff sammiches on white bread, cereal, oreos, ect. You get the picture. I have "silver" fillings which are actually made of mercury. I have partied too hard, slept too little, and eaten too poorly for too many years of my life. I am sure many of you can relate
When I finally started caring about my health my life drastically improved, I had endless energy, I slept well, seasonal allergies went away. Initially I felt amazing, however after a while I started having some issues with acne, something I never struggled with in my life appearing in my late 20s was unbearably frustrating. I also got pregnant and had a baby so my body hasn't really been my own for the last two and a half years. I ended up dealing with intermittent bouts of emotional issues and exhaustion, reoccurring UTIs and just a general lack of wellness on my part despite eating an organic unprocessed diet 80-90% of the time. We eat well, filter our water, exercise, follow a primal/paleo style diet, I eliminated most of my conventional beauty and personal care products, don't take any medication, see a chiropractor, get sunlight exposure, take high quality supplements, and still my health is not where I expect it to be.
Then one day I saw this article and I felt like she was speaking right to me. Followed by this one shortly after. So I decided it was time to do some spring cleaning on my body. Check back for the process, diet, supplements, and results of my reset.
